History
Skymedic was founded in 2010 within the MedicalCluster business group, with more than 40 years of history.
Currently, we are leaders in the markets of dermatology, traumatology, aesthetic medicine, and gynecology with active presence in more than 55 countries across 4 continents.
Timeline
1985 – Foundation of ENCO. 
2006 – MedicalCluster is born. 
2010 – Skymedic is founded within the MedicalCluster group. 
2015 – Launch of Skybioacademy — advanced technical training for doctors and clinics.
2022 – Launch of MODELHA, the first filler on the market formulated with alkaline thermal water, 100% regenerating and free from toxins.
2023-2024 – International expansion: offices opened in Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal, UK) and Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Central America, and Peru)
2024 – Launch of the biotechnology line: EXOSOMES and PDNR in mesotherapy.
2024-2025 – 9 international offices consolidated. Opening of DUBAI headquarters as the Middle East reference centre. Presence in over 55 countries.
2026 – Launch of “Home Care Messenger Cosmetics”: EXO-OX Serum y PDNR Serum.
MODELHA (2022)
In 2022, Skymedic launched MODELHA, the first filler on the market formulated with alkaline thermal water. A 100% regenerating, toxin-free formulation that marks a milestone in the history of aesthetic medicine
Biotechnology Line (2024)
In 2024, Skymedic expanded its Mesotherapy division with the launch of its biotechnology line, incorporating treatments based on exosomes and PDNR — next-generation regenerative medicine for dermatology and aesthetic medicine professionals.
Home Care 2026 – NEW
In 2026, Skymedic launches its Home Care Messenger Cosmetics line: Exo-Ox Serum and PDNR Serum. The same technology used in professional clinic treatments, now in the patient’s hands.

Skybioacademy: Education for doctors
In 2015, we inaugurated the Skybioacademy to provide technical training and high-level practical training programs to clinics and doctors who have our products, with the aim of ensuring its correct application, the patient’s well-being, knowing the new techniques and guaranteeing the correct results of the treatment.
